Job summary

GoGlobal is seeking an experienced EMEA Service Governance Coordinator to drive governance cadence, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

You will report to the Service Governance Lead and collaborate with regional operations and business stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, continuous improvement, and effective governance across GoGlobal's multinational client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, PMO, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Service Delivery, Governance, Ops, or PMO.
• Experience coordinating governance meetings, reporting and reviews.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; able to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EMEA governance cadence, QBRs and dashboards.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs across regional services.
• Track issues, risks and escalations to resolution.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Engage stakeholders and provide governance reporting.
