Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or marketing within medical devices, healthcare, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Planning: Lead strategic and operational management of the product portfolio across direct and distributor-led markets; analyze regional dynamics, coordinate launches, optimize pricing and positioning, and support marketing initiatives.
• Marketing & Brand Management: Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies; ensure alignment with brand objectives and regional market needs for consumables.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with distributors, key vendors, healthcare professionals, and third-party suppliers; oversee contracts and compliance.
• Product Launches & Campaigns: Plan and execute new product launches and marketing campaigns from concept to go-to-market.
• Financial Management: Monitor marketing expenses and budget performance; handle purchase orders, invoicing, and tender processes.
• Event & Congress Coordination: Support planning and logistics for medical congresses and conferences, coordinating travel and materials.
• Marketing Asset Development & Production: Create and review marketing assets with regulatory compliance.
• Inventory & Distribution Management: Oversee production, distribution, and tracking of marketing tools and assets.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs and provide recommendations for improvements.
