Sii Poland is seeking a Team Leader of Electricians for our Data Center and IT infrastructure projects. You will lead installation teams on site, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and collaborate with the project manager and QA/QC to ensure high-quality execution.

The role requires strong electrical expertise, leadership, and willingness to travel internationally and within Poland; on-site work is expected with a rotation model. SEP G1 E and UDT/IPAF qualifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation work.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading teams or supervising subcontractors.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and cable plans.
• SEP G1 E up to 1 kV certification.
• English on-site communication at B1 level.

Responsabilités

• Supervise teams of electrical installers and subcontractors on Data Center projects.
• Plan and coordinate electrical work according to project schedule.
• Ensure compliance with technical documentation, standards and client requirements.
• Perform quality control and oversee non-conformity resolution and as-built documentation.
• Communicate with client and project manager; report progress, issues and changes.

Description du poste

We are looking for a Team Leader of Electricians – Data Center to join the Engineering Assembly Services team for the implementation of Data Center projects and IT infrastructure projects for large international clients. We are seeking a practitioner who combines solid electrical competencies with experience in leading installation teams directly on site. The person in this position will be responsible for organizing and supervising electrical work, quality of execution, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and collaborating with the project manager and QA/QC department.

Your tasks

• Supervision of teams of electrical installers and subcontractors on Data Center projects, including task assignment and performance control
• Planning and coordination of electrical work according to the project schedule
• Ensuring compliance of work with technical documentation, standards, and client requirements
• Quality control of execution: internal inspections, supervision of non-conformity resolution, and ensuring completeness of as-built documentation
• Ongoing communication with the client and project manager, as well as reporting on work progress, quality issues, scope changes, and resource needs
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and project procedures
• Onboarding new employees, transferring technical knowledge, participating in team competency assessments, and improving execution standards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in installation work, including electrical installations
• At least 2 years of experience in leading teams or crews or supervising subcontractors, including planning and enforcing work and communicating with the project manager and client
• Ability to read technical documentation, electrical diagrams, and cable plans
• Qualification certificate SEP G1 E up to 1 kV
• Knowledge of English at least at B1 level, allowing for effective communication on site
• Willingness to work in a delegation system – approx. 80% of the time on projects in Poland and abroad
• Category B driving license

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Center projects (strongly preferred) or in other critical infrastructure facilities (industry, energy, hospital facilities)
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure: low voltage switchgear, UPS, PDU/RPP, generators, busways, structured cabling
• Knowledge of rack cabinet or switchgear assembly
• Ability to conduct work acceptance, quality inspections, electrical tests, and measurements
• Competencies in training and onboarding new employees
• SEP G1 D or E certificate above 1 kV
• UDT qualifications for mobile platforms and/or IPAF certificate (MEWP)
