The Embedded Competency Center is an organizational unit of Sii, that brings together almost 500 specialists. We are currently looking for an Electronics Engineer who will work on hardware functions for mobile gas detection technology.

Your tasks
  • Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to define, develop, validate, and release new and enhanced hardware functions for mobile gas detection technology
  • Independently managing and executing hardware design activities
  • Acting as an interface between project teams and development partners
  • Ensuring explosion‑proof, functionally safe, and EMC‑compliant hardware concepts for industrial applications
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of technical documentation to comply with regulatory requirements and certification processes
Requirements
  • Completed degree (Bachelor's or Master’s) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware design for industrial systems
  • Solid knowledge of schematic and PCB layout tools
  • Open‑minded, proactive, and highly self‑driven when integrating into new teams and projects
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independent working style and high adaptability to new project requirements
  • Experience in cross‑functional projects
  • Structured and solution‑oriented approach
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required
