Job summary

English College Poland, a Radom-area private language school, seeks an EFL teacher for Young Learners. A few adult classes may be possible. The role is a full-time contract from immediate start through June 2nd/19th, 2026 with potential extension.

Requirements include a BA/MA and CELTA/TESOL/TEFL or equivalent (minimum 100 hours) and experience teaching Young Learners. 24 teaching hours per week plus preparation time, with rich teaching resources and support.

Qualifications

• BA or MA degree required.
• CELTA/TESOL/TEFL or equivalent (minimum 100-hour-course).
• Experience teaching English to Young Learners.

Responsibilities

• Teach English to children and teenagers (some adult classes possible).
• Deliver engaging lessons for Young Learners.
• Prepare lesson plans and materials for weekly schedule (24 teaching hours plus prep time).
• Adapt activities for small classes and use classroom tech where available.
