Job description
For our client – FRONTEX – the European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for candidates for the following position:

Editor / Proof Reader in Capacity Building Division / Research and Innovation Unit / Technology and Innovation Sector

Key responsibilities of the position:
  • Support in drafting and proof‑reading technical reports.
  • Support in drafting and proof‑reading methodology and evaluation reports, and documentation related to pilot projects process.
  • Support in communication with MPR and Softwin during the final process of editing and layout.
  • Support in analysing comments/remarks of different stakeholders in the process of pilot projects, methodology, and the standardisation process.
  • To liaise with different stakeholders in order to update drafts after meetings.
  • To support the review of other deliverables of the sector and unit: Guidelines, Performance assessment reports, Research studies etc.
Requirements:
  • Education: university degree in English philology or applied linguistics
  • Work experience: at least 3 years of work‑experience performing tasks as described above
  • Computer skills: very good knowledge of the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Language skills: very good command of English (at least C1 level)
