Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced CAD/EDA Infra Engineer to define, deploy, and maintain EDA tool flows across the full SoC lifecycle. You will drive benchmarking, integration, and optimization of tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens EDA) while managing compute, storage, and licensing infrastructure.

Collaborate with design and verification teams to improve productivity, reliability, and scalability, and explore AI/ML-driven tooling to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in CAD, EDA, or semiconductor infrastructure.
• Proven track record in EDA tool deployment and flow ownership.

Responsibilities

• Define, deploy, and maintain EDA tool flows for digital, mixed-signal, and verification activities.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and qualify new EDA tools before production deployment.
• Design and operate EDA infrastructure environments (compute, storage, licensing, CI/CD).
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for tool installation, regression, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for design and verification workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize tool usage and flows; debug tool issues.
