The Role

An inclusive, innovative global FMCG company supported by 25,000 employees is looking for E2E Operational Planning Coordinator to become a key link in our End-to-End supply chain. As the E2E Operational Planning Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact in the factory, connecting the production world with the planning centre. Your role? Ensure decisions are made based on the latest data, maximizing value and efficiency throughout the entire process. If you enjoy working closely with operations, influencing results, and having a real impact on strategy, this role is for you!

Principle Accountabilities
  • Supervising the team's work to ensure the proper execution of the production planning process,
  • Preparing optimal production plans,
  • Preparing periodic reports,
  • Communicating with other departments,
  • Continuously improving the planning process,
  • Ensuring compliance with the procedures and instructions of the Integrated Management System and the requirements of the FSC system.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Experience and knowledge of production planning and logistics,
  • Analytical skills, experience working with databases, accuracy, and responsibility,
  • Ability to independently solve problems,
  • Very well-developed communication skills and creativity,
  • High motivation to achieve goals and the ability to motivate a team,
  • Ability to work in a changing environment,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office,
  • Very good command of English,
  • Mobility: willingness to travel.
