Sii Poland is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to join its Microsoft Business Applications team in Poland. You will design, implement, and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for international clients across industries such as pharmaceuticals, insurance, and banking.

The role focuses on building business functionalities, integrating external systems, and configuring processes to meet client needs. Strong Polish and English, with 3+ years in Dynamics CRM, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in programming for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (C#, .NET)
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Good command of the English language
• Fluent in Polish required and residing in Poland

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing business solutions in MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, including integrations with external systems
• Creating new business functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform and maintaining existing ones
• Modelling and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform processes and functionalities according to client needs
• Troubleshooting and identifying system-related issues, testing, and documenting your work
• Estimating effort for project tasks and collaborating with consultants and developers in preparing solutions for clients
