Job summary

SYGNS GMBH sp. z o.o. ODDZIAŁ W POLSCE is seeking a Sales Manager with Dutch to drive regional growth from Lublin. You will close qualified leads, consult on bespoke signage solutions, and build long-term relationships with major brands across Europe. A structured, CRM-driven approach and ongoing training are expected.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure complex technical requirements are met, while maintaining a professional, proactive approach and passion for sales growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Native-level Dutch is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and manage complex processes and CRM workflows.
• Interest in technical products and solution selling.

Responsibilities

• Close qualified leads to achieve sales targets.
• Consult with and sell bespoke signage projects to business customers across Europe.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with major brands and agencies.
• Work in a structured manner using our CRM system and collaborate with internal teams.
• Continue development through training, feedback, and a proactive learning attitude.
