Job summary

Gdi PRO in Katowice, Poland is seeking reliable workers to join packing and production teams at a donut factory. You will pack and label finished products, inspect quality, and support the production conveyor line, helping assemble boxes and prepare items for packing.

Daily earnings can range with a base hourly rate of 23.00–25.00 PLN net, with students earning 31.40 PLN net and additional bonuses bringing monthly pay to about 6,500–7,000 PLN net. Accommodation and clothing are provided.

We are currently looking for reliable workers to join packing and production teams at a donut factory in Katowice, Poland.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Polish visa, Temporary Residence Card (TRC), PESEL, TRC application confirmation, or another document confirming legal stay in Poland;

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment;

Reliability and willingness to work regular hours.

Packing and labeling finished products;

Inspecting products for quality;

Supporting the production conveyor line;

Assembling boxes and preparing products for packing;

Dough preparation for selected positions.

DETAILS

Place of work: Katowice, Poland

Hourly rate: PLN 23.00–25.00 net / hour, depending on the position

Students: PLN 31.40 net / hour

Workers under 26 (non-students): + PLN 1.00 / hour

Own accommodation: + PLN 1.00 / hour

230+ hours / month: + PLN 1.00 / hour

Estimated monthly earnings: PLN 6,500–7,000 net, depending on working hours and applicable bonuses

Start Bonus: PLN 200 after the first full month

Loyalty Bonus: Up to PLN 1,200 (PLN 200 / month for 6 months, provided no penalties are received)

PLN 50 compensation for a scheduled day when work cannot be provided

Compensation for inability to work due to illness available from the third month of cooperation

Accommodation: Provided (utility costs: PLN 570.00 / month)

Work clothing and laundry provided

Dedicated coordinator throughout your employment

Legal help: Assistance with documents and obtaining a Temporary Residence Card (TRC)
