Job summary

Luxoft in Wrocław, Poland is seeking a DLP Policy Engineer responsible for analysing, migrating, redesigning, implementing, and optimizing Web DLP policies as part of the Broadcom exit programme.

You will translate business and security requirements into effective DLP controls, tune configurations to reduce false positives, and collaborate with security stakeholders to ensure policy effectiveness and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with DLP policy design and administration.
• Knowledge of data classification, data protection, and information security principles.
• Experience tuning DLP controls and analysing policy effectiveness.
• Understanding of web, email, endpoint, and cloud-based DLP use cases.
• Familiarity with security testing, reporting, and control validation activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing Broadcom DLP policies and identify migration requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain DLP detection rules, policies, and control frameworks.

• Manage policy exceptions, risk-based controls, and governance requirements.

• Support operational readiness and policy handover to support teams.
• Maintain policy documentation, standards, and implementation records.
