Digital Platforms Project Manager

The purpose of this role is to drive the successful scoping, planning, and execution of Sonova’s website and eCommerce portal initiatives and projects, ensuring our digital presence aligns with business goals and customer needs. You will focus on delivering consistent, brand‑aligned digital experiences that improve performance, user engagement, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) globally and in regional markets. Working closely with cross‑functional teams across CX&T, IT, brands, and international stakeholders, you will lead initiatives that enhance the UX and overall performance of Sonova’s digital portfolio, including websites, B2B portals, apps, and other digital solutions.

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap for Sonova’s website and portal initiatives, aligning priorities with business objectives and user needs
  • Manage the full lifecycle of small to medium digital projects, including discovery, planning, execution, budget and vendor management, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, and delivery
  • Define, prioritize, and communicate project requirements, leading cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business and user objectives
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines, budgets, and resources are optimized and aligned
  • Monitor and report on product and project performance using KPIs to senior leadership
  • Continuously optimize digital properties to improve user experience, engagement, and performance
  • Lead workshops and solution design sessions from concept to delivery, liaising with vendors and internal teams
  • Drive organizational change initiatives in the digital space as required, fostering innovation and excellence
  • Collaborate creatively and analytically to solve complex problems while maintaining a focus on teamwork, strategic thinking, and quality
More about you
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a relevant field
  • Min. 6 years of experience in product or project management, preferably in digital, eCommerce, or web initiatives
  • Proven ability to deliver successful projects on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Independent, proactive work style, able to lead global business/IT projects across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with a data‑driven mindset and the ability to identify gaps others may overlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building partnerships across cultures
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies, with experience using Jira
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions such as SFDC or Adobe Creative Cloud/Experience Manager
Preferred
  • Experience driving organizational change in digital initiatives
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience with Hybris commerce/content management platforms
