Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of digital merchandisers.
  • Conduct one-on-ones and support team members.
  • Monitor team capacity and prioritize tasks.
  • Support team with monthly task planning.
  • Optimize workflows for efficiency.
  • Analyze eRetailer capabilities and present findings.
  • Identify up-sell opportunities for clients.
  • Ensure high quality of deliverables.
  • Perform quality spot checks on deliverables.
  • Analyze eCommerce data for recommendations.
  • Participate in weekly regional calls.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Regularly report project statuses to clients.
  • Coordinate image production with designers.
  • Follow eCommerce trends and share knowledge.

Requirements
  • First experience in team management
  • Experience in eCommerce min. 2 years
  • Advanced level of English - at least C1
  • Experience in working with PM tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • At least intermediate excel knowledge
  • Multitasking talent (working on many projects at once & working in many tools)
  • Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideas
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities
  • Leading a small team of digital merchandisers
  • Conducting 1:1s & supporting team members with challenges
  • Monitoring the team’s capacity and supporting in prioritising tasks
  • Supporting team with monthly task planning per market
  • Optimising ways of working to speed up processes and work more efficiently
  • Analysing eRetailer capabilities & sharing recommendations with client in form of presentations
  • Spotting up-sell opportunities & recommending new services
  • Ensuring high quality of deliverables & timely execution of tasks across led markets
  • Performing quality spot checks & sharing feedback based on spotted gaps
  • Analysing eCommerce data & sharing recommendations based on it
  • Active participation on weekly calls with Regional and Local stakeholders
  • Spotting risks & implementing necessary steps to eliminate potential blockers
  • Report project statuses to client on a regular basis
  • Coordinating image production (being in contact with Copywriters & Designers)
  • Following eCommerce trends & sharing knowledge across team
