How You Will Contribute
  • Identify and deliver digital solutions that improve Procurement processes, enhance user experience, and generate measurable efficiency, quality, and business value.
  • Analyze Procurement processes, systems, data flows, and user journeys to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and innovation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to understand business challenges, define requirements, identify root causes, and assess value opportunities.
  • Evaluate solution alternatives and recommend approaches based on business value, feasibility, user experience, scalability, maintainability, cost, and risk considerations.
  • Translate business requirements into solution designs, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans in partnership with Process Owners, Product Owners, and technical teams.
  • Configure, prototype, test, and deploy digital solutions using approved low-code, workflow automation, and AI-enabled platforms, including Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and other orchestration technologies.
  • Partner with Solution Architects, Developers, DD&T, Data Owners, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, data governance, responsible AI, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote data quality and consistency by defining data requirements, ownership structures, validation controls, and integration needs that support long-term scalability and solution effectiveness.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including functional testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and deployment readiness assessments.
  • Develop implementation, communication, and adoption plans for new digital solutions and process enhancements.
  • Create and maintain user guides, training materials, process documentation, knowledge articles, and support resources tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Deliver training sessions, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement activities that build confidence and encourage adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
  • Establish and track success measures, including adoption rates, user satisfaction, process performance, time savings, data quality improvements, and realized business benefits.
  • Use stakeholder feedback and performance insights to identify enhancement opportunities and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define and maintain solution ownership, support models, lifecycle governance, documentation standards, and operational support processes.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting activities and issue resolution during implementation, stabilization, and ongoing operations.
  • Promote best practices in low-code development, reusable components, automation, and responsible digital experimentation across the Procurement Center of Excellence.
  • Share lessons learned and contribute to building Procurement’s overall digital capability and innovation culture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital enablement, automation, or low-code/no-code solution delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code, workflow automation, and AI-enabled platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Oro, or comparable technologies.
