Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to drive new business in the Czech and Slovak-speaking market. You will advise clients on Google Ads solutions and craft customized digital marketing strategies to boost their online presence.

You will manage campaigns from setup to reporting, aiming to meet sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal client success. Fluency in Czech, Slovak, and English is essential.

• > Fluent Czech, Slovak and English language skills are required.
• > Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
• > Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising.
• > Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business clients in Czech/Slovak-speaking market.
• Advise clients on Google Ads solutions and digital marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement customized online advertising strategies for clients.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns: setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling/cross-selling of digital advertising.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
