Job description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who enjoys working with clients and has a solid technical background in cloud architecture. This role combines cloud infrastructure engineering with operational support — ideal for those who build reliable systems and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in production environments.

Overview

The project involves building and maintaining scalable, cloud‑based infrastructure using a modern technology stack: AWS, Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

Your Daily Missions
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
  • Consult with clients on cloud architecture decisions and technology strategy.
  • Plan and execute cloud migrations from on‑premises environments.
  • Perform cost optimization and capacity planning to ensure scalable operations.
Operations & Reliability
  • Take ownership of production support activities — ensuring system reliability, monitoring performance, and resolving incidents in collaboration with development teams.
  • Monitor and maintain production infrastructure and applications (.NET/React stack).
  • Implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
  • Participate in on‑call rotations and incident response activities.
  • Automate operational workflows using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share DevOps best practices.
  • Contribute to internal DevOps guild initiatives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
The Essentials We’re Seeking
  • 3+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer.
  • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes concepts.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
  • Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills in production environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and support mission‑critical systems.
  • Knowledge of database configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi).
  • Understanding of DevSecOps practices and cloud security principles.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes).
  • Contributions to open‑source projects or technical writing/blogging.
