Job summary

A leading tech company is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in DevOps, with strong proficiency in CI/CD processes using Jenkins and GitLab, as well as expertise in Kubernetes and Docker. You will be responsible for designing and implementing DevOps practices, onboarding applications, and collaborating with development teams. This is a 6+ month contract role requiring onsite presence for 5 days a week.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Platform Engineer. You will be responsible for designing and implementing DevOps processes such as onboarding applications to Kubernetes, deployments, administration, automation, security, documentation, and closely cooperating with Dev teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in DevOps area
• Excellent proficiency of CI/CD in Jenkins/Gitlab, Jira, Git, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with a wide variety of open-source technologies and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with gitops approach and ArgoCD
• Experience with onboarding SpringBoot and frontend applications to Kubernetes
• Good to have: a working understanding of code and script (at least one: JAVA, Bash, Python)
• Communicative team player willing to learn and cooperate with others and drive for successful delivery.
