Job summary

SoTalent is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage Linux-based infrastructure, automation, and platform operations in a technical environment. The role emphasizes system administration, infrastructure automation, performance optimisation, and maintaining reliable production environments.

You will work with Oracle Linux/RHEL/CentOS, build automation with Puppet/Ansible/Foreman/Katello, and manage databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL while collaborating with global teams to support 24/7

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Linux system administration experience (Oracle Linux, RHEL, or CentOS).
• Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, and/or Go.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Foreman, or Katello.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with VMware, Centrify, and Windows Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and/or MySQL databases.

Responsibilities
