Purpose of the role: As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of software solutions. Your mission will be to enable faster, more reliable deployments, maintain scalable and secure infrastructure, and continuously improve the development lifecycle to support the company’s growth and product innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Co-create and execute deployments plan alongside the Release Manager;
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to implement our product in customer organizations;
  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline software deployment;
  • Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance;
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention in deployment processes;
  • Automate system configuration management and the scaling of cloud environments;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues promptly to minimize downtime;
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry regulations across the infrastructure;
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively detect and address system anomalies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role;
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design and automation tools;
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker;
  • Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.);
  • Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages (e.g., Bash);
  • Familiarity with databases, networking, and performance optimization;
  • Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure or deployment issues quickly and effectively;
  • Proactiveness in identifying issues and responsive in taking action, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption;
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and project requirements in a fast-paced environment;
  • Meticulous approach to working with systems and processes, ensuring high accuracy and minimizing errors;
  • Native/proficient Polish level and at least upper-intermediate business level of English.
