Job summary

Hexagon AB is seeking a Senior/Expert DevOps Engineer to design and operate a scalable CI/CD platform with strong self-service features. You will manage on‑prem AI infrastructure and champion AI-assisted automation to boost productivity and reliability.

You will apply IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Packer) and container tech (Docker), collaborating across teams to align technology with security and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in English and Polish is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant software development experience in Python, Kotlin, C# or C++.
• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD systems (TeamCity or GitHub Actions).
• Practical expertise operating and integrating AI infrastructure with measurable efficiency gains.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Packer) and containerized environments (Docker).
• Cloud technologies basics (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain a CI/CD platform with self-service capabilities for development teams.
• Operate self-hosted LLM infrastructure including cost tracking, rate limiting and usage observability.
• Apply AI-driven techniques to optimize CI/CD pipelines and reduce infrastructure costs.
• Leverage AI for autonomous incident response and predictive operations.
• Collaborate on technology strategy and embed security into CI/CD workflows.
• Provide DevOps enablement and mentoring to raise overall maturity.

This is you

• Significant software development experience favourably in Python, Kotlin, C# or C++
• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD Systems preferably in TeamCity or GitHub Actions
• Practical expertise operating and integrating AI infrastructure with a proven ability to identify high-value use cases and translate them into measurable efficiency gains for development teams
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Packer) and containerized environments (Docker)
• An entrepreneurial, improvement and result driven mindset with a strong commitment towards ownership
• Motivation and drive to shape, complemented by a competent, fact-based representation of concepts and ideas
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Fluent in English and Polish
