Sii Poland is seeking a Design System Designer to join our international team developing modern digital products used worldwide.

You will build and evolve a central Design System, standardizing UX patterns and contributing to AI-assisted solutions, with close collaboration with engineering and product teams. Fluency in English and Polish is required, and residency in Poland is expected.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Design Systems.
• Hands-on experience building, maintaining, or scaling Design Systems used across multiple products, teams, or platforms.
• Strong expertise in Figma, including Components, Auto Layout, and Design Libraries.
• Experience creating and managing component libraries, design tokens, and reusable design patterns.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and scalable design principles.
• Fluent English and Polish communication skills (spoken and written).
• Residency in Poland.

Responsabilidades
