Sii Poland in Poznań is seeking a Design System Designer to lead the central Design System across products. You will build and evolve component libraries, tokens, and patterns with a systems-thinking mindset.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, create documentation, and drive accessibility and consistency across multi-product experiences. This role suits someone passionate about quality, scalable design, and AI-assisted solutions, with fluent English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Design Systems.
• Hands-on experience building, maintaining, or scaling Design Systems across multiple products/teams.
• Strong expertise in Figma, including Components, Auto Layout, and Design Libraries.
• Experience creating/managing component libraries, design tokens, and reusable patterns.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and scalable design principles.
• Fluent English and Polish communication (spoken and written).
• Residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve component libraries and reusable design patterns in Figma.
• Define and maintain design tokens, variables, and design standards.
• Standardize UX/UI patterns and ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on component design and implementation.
• Create Design System documentation and support adoption across teams.
• Contribute to evolution of a shared Design System used across products.
