We’re looking for a talented (Senior) Delivery Manager to lead high-impact software development projects. If you’re passionate about delivering successful, data-driven solutions, this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of custom software projects for pharma and biotech clients, focusing on clinical trials and data-intensive applications.
- Ensure smooth execution, technical alignment, and top-quality outcomes through a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Facilitate seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams and drive measurable value for clients.
- Maintain high employee satisfaction within the team and contribute to Appsilon’s growth and success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role or in top consulting firms.
- Proven track record of leading successful IT projects in pharma/biotech.
- Knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM, SEND) and experience with clinical trial data tools or workflows. A background in molecular biology or bioinformatics is a strong plus.
- Experience in working directly with clients and managing relationships.
- Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- High motivation, can‑do attitude, business maturity, patience, strong communication skills, and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel a few times a year for client visits and conferences.
- Comfortable working across time zones, including overlap with Europe and the US.
- English fluency: C1/C2 level.

- B2B contract: 18,000‑22,000 PLN + VAT (EUR 3,950–4,750 or USD 4,100–5,000) monthly.
- Total compensation value: 23,940‑29,260 PLN (≈EUR 5,254–6,318 or USD 5,453–6,650).
