Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of custom software projects for pharma and biotech clients, focusing on clinical trials and data-intensive applications.
• Ensure smooth execution, technical alignment, and top-quality outcomes through a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Facilitate seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams and drive measurable value for clients.
• Maintain high employee satisfaction within the team and contribute to Appsilon’s growth and success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or in top consulting firms.
• Proven track record of leading successful IT projects in pharma/biotech.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM, SEND) and experience with clinical trial data tools or workflows. A background in molecular biology or bioinformatics is a strong plus.
• Experience in working directly with clients and managing relationships.
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• High motivation, can‑do attitude, business maturity, patience, strong communication skills, and professionalism.
• Willingness to travel a few times a year for client visits and conferences.
• Comfortable working across time zones, including overlap with Europe and the US.
• English fluency: C1/C2 level.
