Sii Poland in Wrocław is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee complex Data & AI projects, ensuring on-time delivery and financial performance.

You will lead project teams, build client relationships, collaborate with sales, and contribute to proposals and risk management. Fluency in English (min B2) and Polish required; knowledge of Jira and MS Office helpful; 3+ years of PM or Delivery Manager experience in IT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in IT.
• Ability to prepare offers and collaborate with sales teams.
• Experience in managing project teams, budgets, and delegating tasks.
• Collaboration with external clients and building business relationships.
• Very good organizational skills, proactivity, and decisiveness.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Office) and effective use of AI at work.
• Very good command of English – minimum B2 level.
• Residence in Poland and fluent knowledge of Polish.

Our dynamically growing Data & AI Competence Center focuses on advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence, and modern data platforms. Our team consists of over 300 specialists delivering innovative Data and AI projects for clients across various industries.

Join us as a Delivery Manager – a key role responsible for managing complex project streams, ensuring high-quality delivered solutions, and actively supporting sales activities.

Your tasks
