We are looking for a DBB Consultant for the Record to Report (RtR) stream to safeguard the RtR DBB template, support key users globally, and continuously improve our financial accounting and period-end processes across Operating Companies (OpCos).In this role, you will contribute to the design and optimisation of the global RtR process landscape, covering GL postings, accruals, intercompany, SCOA, fixed assets, period close, and tax & treasury/cash management operations.

Your responsibilities would include:
  • guarding the RtR DBB template ways of working and ensuring consistent adoption across OpCos
  • validating RtR standards across GL accounting, accruals, SCOA master data (BSAR), fixed assets, intercompany transactions (e.g. Heimatch), period end close activities (CIL submission and CIL requirements), and tax & treasury/cash management
  • providing expert support to DBB key users on functional and process-related queries
  • partnering with cross-functional Process Consultants on end-to-end processes (StP, DtW, MtC, RtR, BPM)
  • managing and maintaining DBB artefacts such as SOPs, training materials, HEPM flows, and process documentation
  • driving conformance to and improvement of RtR template ways of working
  • reviewing process change requests and assessing temporary derogation needs
  • contributing to design-focused activities throughout 2025, followed by Business-as-Usual support and optimisation afterwards
  • ensuring smooth translation of RtR processes into the CORE and business platforms.
You are a good candidate if you:
  • bring 3–5 years of experience in Record to Report, Financial Accounting, or a similar finance/ERP role in a complex or international environment (FMCG experience is an advantage)
  • have hands-on experience with business process design, modelling techniques, and process improvement
  • understand how business processes, data, and technology interact within an ERP environment
  • communicate clearly and can explain complex accounting or template topics in simple language
  • are capable of working effectively in a cross-functional environment
  • demonstrate consultancy skills – able to challenge, influence, and provide guidance when needed..
You’re a great candidate if you also:
  • have experience supporting global finance templates or ERP transformations
  • worked with SAP, SCOA, CIL, or financial period-end processes in a multinational landscape
  • enjoy driving standardisation, harmonisation, and continuous improvement
  • are confident working as a Subject Matter Expert with stakeholders across markets and global functions.
