We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Strategist to join our team!

As a Data Strategist at Vaimo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data strategy to support our client's data-driven goals, with a focus on Customer Journey and Analytics. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute data-driven strategies for those clients, ensuring that data is leveraged effectively to drive business success across different industries.

Key responsibilities
  • Data Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data strategies and customer journeys that align with the company's mission and vision, with a specific focus on customer-centric use case enablement

  • Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance practices, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.

  • Data Analysis: Analyse large customer datasets across touchpoints to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Data Integration: Work on integrating data from various sources to create a unified data ecosystem (ie: in a CDP)

  • Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualisations to communicate insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Performance Metrics: Identify and help organisations monitor their key performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous and timely improvement.

  • Data Security: Recommend data security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with data operational or executive-level teams to achieve data-related goals.

  • Communication: Present findings and recommendations with key stakeholders, and empower them to take actions in various areas (journey orchestration, media plan, UX design, promotion, CRO, etc)

Qualifications required
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics
  • CDP and journey orchestration or marketing automation tools (eg: Segment, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Adobe Journey Optimizer, etc)

  • BI and Visualisation tools (eg: PowerBI, QlikSense, Tableau, Looker)

  • Journey and UX analytics tool (eg: CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, ContentSquare, etc)

  • Expertise in campaign management and media analytics is a plus

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics or Marketing (or equivalent experience)

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a specific focus on journey, marketing automation, CRM programs and customer data analysis and statistics

  • Knowledge of data manipulation language such as Python, SQL or R is a plus

  • Eagerness to learn and improve in the field of data strategy.
