Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. is seeking a Data Solution Architect to define and implement architecture for scalable Data Hubs supporting analytics, reporting, operations, and Generative AI use cases. You will guide engineers, shape data governance, and ensure system scalability and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Deep knowledge of Azure-based data platforms.
• Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake and Spark.
• Experience modeling relational, dimensional and NoSQL data.
• Strong data governance, lineage and compliance background.
• Proficiency with Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, Event Hubs.
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes/AKS, Docker.
• Ability to define data strategy and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Data Hubs and data models integrating multiple sources.
• Define patterns, templates, and best practices for data engineering.
• Establish data governance, access policies, and security for Data Hubs.
• Ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and processing of large-scale datasets.
• Prepare solutions for streaming and batch data ingestion and model updates.
• Implement automated data validation and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and AI/ML teams to align architecture with business needs.
• Maintain architecture documentation and mentor engineers.
