Qualifications

• Proficient in Java, Spark, and SQL.
• Extensive experience working on ETL, aggregation, and reporting.
• Experience building and managing distributed data pipelines and systems.
• Experience building MCPs and GenAI frameworks.
• Familiar with big data technologies and comfortable working with large-scale datasets.
• Strong communicator who can explain complex data problems clearly.

The System Insights & Productivity Metrics team is part of the Developer Experience organization and is responsible for delivering comprehensive system insights and metrics that empower engineers across Netflix.

As a Data and Software Engineer you will develop solutions that ingest, process, aggregate, visualize, and analyze system insights and metrics, directly impacting Netflix's ability to deliver high‑quality entertainment experiences to millions of users worldwide.
