Job Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, Decision Sciences, Computer Science, Applied Math, Economics etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience with production‑grade Data Science / algorithmically enabled applications
• Solid understanding and knowledge of Operations Research principles and methodologies like optimization, mathematical programming, simulations, and prescriptive analytics
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in at least one programming language (R, Python, SQL, etc.) or family of techniques (optimization, simulation, machine learning, predictive modeling, etc.)
• Knowledge of specialized OR software or tools like FICO Xpress, Gurobi or CPLEX would be beneficial
• Proven successes in leadership and priority setting, as well as problem‑solving
• Deriving insights from data and optimally communicating those insights to drive action
• Excellent collaboration skills and working comfortably across teams
• Proficiency in English
