Job summary

Reply is seeking a Data Science Engineer to build data-driven solutions on AWS, combining analysis, feature engineering, statistics, and data engineering. You’ll partner with business, engineering, and platform teams to turn data into scalable workflows.

Responsibilities include exploring large datasets, building data pipelines, and applying ML where useful, with travel to Lisbon as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 3+ years in data science, data engineering, or hybrid analytics role.
• Strong Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL skills.
• Experience with AWS data services and data pipelines.
• Solid statistics, data analysis, feature engineering knowledge.
• Fluent English and Polish; willingness to travel to Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Explore and interpret large datasets to derive insights.
• Develop features, analytics logic, and data science workflows.
• Build and maintain AWS data pipelines; apply ML where useful.
• Operationalize analytical solutions and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and platform teams.
• Document findings and present results to stakeholders.
