Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Data QA Specialist to join our global team working on data-driven initiatives across multiple projects. You will validate data quality, test ETL processes, and ensure reliable data pipelines used throughout the organization.

Collaborate with Data Engineers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to deliver high-quality data. Prior experience in Snowflake and SQL is required, with Python as a nice-to-have. This is a full-time, on-site role in Poland.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data QA Engineer, Data Tester, or in a similar role.
• Strong background in data testing, including ETL and data warehouse validation.
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with Snowflake.
• Experience with data reconciliation, data quality checks, and testing data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of data solutions, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
• Validate data quality, consistency, and accuracy across multiple data sources.
• Execute data warehouse and Snowflake testing activities.
• Perform data reconciliation and identify data quality issues.
• Create and maintain test scenarios and test documentation.
