KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking a Data Management Analyst.

As a Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for the validation and manipulation of data, images, and electronic files to load into both internal and external client systems. Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills are essential and experience with e‑discovery software, particularly Relativity, is advantageous. Some scripting or programming experience would be beneficial.

Working as part of the Data Management group you will be responsible for successful execution and problem solving related to advanced technical processes and procedures, resulting in high quality, timely deliverables for internal and external clients. Data Management Analysts work closely with many other teams including other analysts, project managers, and executives to ensure work requests are completed timely and accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Work with internal applications and databases to export data, images, and native files from internal systems to a required format.
  • Normalize data received from third‑party clients.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes, specialise and communicate to others if required.
  • Develop and document custom procedures, processes and tools accurately recording information and communicating to others where necessary.
  • Assist with migration of data from internal and external systems ensuring data is verified.
Qualifications
  • Degree in computer science and/or relevant work experience.
  • Programming experience beneficial.
  • Experience in e‑discovery would be advantageous.
  • Motivated to learn and create new and efficient processes and technologies.
  • Ability to make sound technical decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Methodical approach and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Experience of data manipulation and scripting.
