SSBI Data Governance & Management team supports the Finance function to ensure compliance with BCBS 239 requirements. This role is responsible for implementing data governance practices, data quality controls, and reporting frameworks to ensure that the Finance organization's data management practices comply with BCBS 239 standards. This role is part of SSBI RDAR framework adapting the Data Steward role from the global Data Governance policy and is responsible to apply to standards, frameworks and controls to ensure that the organization's data management practices comply with BCBS 239 standards. Data Stewards are subject matter experts for certain data sets typically aligned with business applications. Data Stewards maintain business metadata within the Data Catalog to enable a common understanding of data context, meaning and lineage. Data Stewards also support the Business Owner to implement data management. controls related to data quality and data use.

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
