Data Engineering Team Lead – contract type: full time. Location: Poland | working model: remote.

Key responsibilities
- Lead presales and delivery engagements as a Technical Lead.
- Break down business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Estimate the effort required to deliver a solution.
- Coordinate team efforts to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure high-level stakeholders’ satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices, and be a technical advisor to clients.
- Lead and develop team members to their full potential.
- Provide recognition and regular feedback.
- Support team members in professional development.
- Be a professional and technical role model for other team members.
- Make work environment interesting, engaging and fun.
What we need to see from you
- 6+ years of experience in a Data Engineering and/or BI Engineering role.
- Strong experience in the Azure Data technology stack and/or Databricks.
- Proven experience in a Team Leader or Tech Leader role with 3+ years in a direct leader role.
- Working experience in agile environments applying SAFe and Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Polish and very good in English.
- Snowflake experience is a plus.
- AWS experience is a plus.
