Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with designing and operating large-scale data pipelines on GCP.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of data engineers.
• Strong understanding of data quality practices and tools.
• Experience managing ingestion estates with third-party connectors.
• Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver data pipeline work within the GCP consolidation programme.
• Coach and develop a squad of data engineers across multiple locations.
• Drive data quality and maintain delivery rigour.
• Act as the technical point of contact for stakeholders.
• Run sprint cadences and report on data metrics.
