Job summary

ALOIS UK is seeking a Big Data Engineer to drive end-to-end delivery of data platform solutions. The role requires hands-on expertise with Scala/Java, Apache Spark, Azure, and Databricks, and a track record of delivering scalable data and AI-driven applications.

Work will involve coordinating with stakeholders to design and implement cloud-native data platforms, leveraging modern tools and frameworks to deliver robust data processing pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Scala/Java, Apache Spark, Azure, Databricks and modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience designing scalable data and AI-driven applications.

Job description

Location: Krakow, Poland (3 days onsite/week preferred)

Contract: Initially 06 months + extendable

We are looking for a Big Data Engineer with strong experience in Scala/Java, Apache Spark, Azure, Databricks, and modern cloud data platforms.
