Point11 is hiring a data infrastructure engineer to build and own ingestion pipelines from CRMs, warehouses, and files. You will model data in PostgreSQL for correctness, speed, and isolation, and implement data quality checks to ensure pipelines perform as promised.

You will collaborate in English with teammates across the US, Europe, and Latin America, living in Poland with a remote-first setup and some overlap with Eastern Time.

Formación

• Production data pipelines experience.
• Strong SQL and Python or TypeScript.

The Team

Own the data that every Point11 answer rests on: customer records arriving from CRMs and warehouses, the campaign results built on them, and the revenue tracking that ties each recommendation to an outcome. You build pipelines that are correct first and fast second. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. We hire accordingly.

What Your First Year Looks Like

• Build the import that takes a million-row CRM export and turns it into clean, deduplicated customers in minutes.
• Design the daily revenue pipeline that ties every recommended action back to money made.
• Ship the data quality checks that catch a bad import before a customer sees it.

What the Day-to-Day Feels Like

• Build and own ingestion from CRMs, warehouses, and files
• Model data in Postgres for correctness, isolation, and speed
• Write the checks that prove a pipeline did what it says
• Find and fix the query that's slowing everything down
• Work in English with a team across the US, Europe, and Latin America

About You

• You've built production data pipelines that other teams depend on
• You're strong in SQL and in Python or TypeScript
• You understand Postgres deeply: indexes, plans, locking
• You care about correctness more than cleverness
• You live in Poland. This role is remote, with some overlap with Eastern Time.

Even Better If You Have

• CRM data: Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics
• Identity resolution or entity matching
• Multi-tenant data platforms
• Workflow orchestration: Temporal, Airflow, or similar
