YOUR TASKS

• Identify root cause of issues and implement resolution and liaise with core development team
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cloud / data -based applications.
• Collaborate with support teams of other global applications to ensure holistic incidents resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design and implement solutions that leverage GCP’s suite of services
• Optimizing application performance, ensuring security, and contributing to the overall success of cloud-based projects.
• Following best practices for cloud architecture, continuous integration, and Deployment

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience or projects involving Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Professional: 3+ years of experience in the cloud industry or one or more years working with Google Cloud
• Professional: 1+ years in supporting enterprise cloud applications
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with GCP services i.e., DataProc Cloud Storage, Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Composer, Big Query, etc.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Go, and familiarity with cloud-native languages.
• Understanding of cloud architecture principles, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience with DevOps practices, automation tools, and implementing continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Available for shifts and on call duties
