Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect / Data Officer to join our team in the setup and development of the Experience Management Office (XMO). This role is pivotal in designing and implementing the technical architecture that supports employee experience monitoring and enhancement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tools and platforms, scalability, and security across the system.

Responsibilities
  • Design a comprehensive architecture plan for the experience management system, integrating tools such as feedback platforms, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) tools, analytics solutions, and reporting systems
  • Lead the integration of technologies including Power BI, SysTrack, Nexthink, and others to ensure cohesive functionality
  • Configure and customize platforms to meet organizational needs, enabling effective data capture, processing, and analysis
  • Collaborate with IT, data engineers, UX researchers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals
  • Document architecture and integration processes thoroughly and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for the permanent XMO team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, ideally in experience management or digital workplace environments
  • Proficiency in C#, SQL, and Entity Framework
  • Strong background in building and managing ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory or similar tools
  • Expertise in complex data modeling across multi-source environments; experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift
  • Skilled in scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell for automation and data transformation
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Experience in designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Good command of German (B2/C1) is mandatory
