Job summary

Harvey Nash PL in Warsaw seeks an experienced Data & Analytics leader to own scalable data models and analytics solutions. You will gather requirements, design reusable architectures, and drive governance to ensure high data quality.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver global data models, KPI frameworks, and data products. Lead agile delivery while mentoring teams and communicating effectively in English across international environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data & Analytics.
• Strong expertise in data engineering and architecture with Spark-based tools (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks).
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and leadership of engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI and data governance practices.
• Familiarity with version control tools, particularly GitHub.

• Gather and analyze data requirements, converting business needs into efficient and reusable technical designs.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, ensuring high data quality and consistency.
• Work closely with data architects, analytics teams, and data scientists to build sustainable data pipelines and analytical solutions.
• Cooperate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver solutions that support key business objectives.

You bring:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Data & Analytics.
• Strong expertise in data engineering and architecture, including Spark-based technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and the ability to guide and mentor engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI, as well as data governance and management practices.
• Familiarity with version control tools, particularly GitHub.
• Experience in building data products and leading data engineering initiatives.
• Understanding of commercial and business-related data domains.
• Experience working in Agile environments and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English and the ability to collaborate effectively in international environments.
