Overview:

About Product:

Payment Gateway (FinteqHub):

The Payment Gateway is part of our growing fintech software and payment management system. The team works on providing clients with a payment platform designed to help online businesses manage and process monetary transactions worldwide.

Purpose of the role:

You’ll work with payment data, build dashboards, contribute to analytics tool development, and collaborate closely with teams across the company.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop new analytics dashboards with various metrics and maintain and improve both existing and new dashboards
  • Perform daily monitoring of statistics based on key parameters
  • Work on new features to deliver additional business metricsAnalyze and identify patterns in payment-related issues and create detailed reports
  • Analyze transaction data and payment trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Design and maintain data visualization dachboards to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives, product development, and client requests
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and payment processing
  • Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models and predictive analytics to enhance payment routing strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities and develop solutions for automating existing workflows and processes
Required Experience:
  • Higher or incomplete higher education, preferably in a technical field
  • English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher
  • Understanding of technologies, protocols, and data formats used in modern IT systems (HTTP, JSON, SQL, REST, etc.).
  • Ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats using storytelling and logical arguments
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and processes
  • Experience with data tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, PostHog, ClickHouseor similar platforms
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques and predictive modeling methodologies
Nice to have:
  • Proven experience in data analysis; experience in fintech or payment processing
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python for data analysis andprocess automation
  • Basic programming knowledge (data types, basic operators, functions)
  • Knowledge of AI applications relevant to analytics and process optimization
