At the heart of this transformation is data. This role will report into the Service Maturity Data and Analytics Lead and will be responsible for driving measurable change across this domain. Practical experience using AI/Emerging Technologies* Strong Proficiency in Python, APIs, and DB connectivity (SQL), ETL. Familiarity with GitHub* Proven experience using JIRA / AGILE / SCRUM to deliver solutions. Data flame/Snowflake expertise* Proven IT Service Management (ITSM) knowledge and experience.
