Job summary

A dynamic consulting firm in Poland is looking for a Data Analyst with advanced Excel skills and expertise in reporting. The role involves performing data analysis, creating dashboards, and supporting project management activities in a hybrid environment. Candidates should have solid experience in data analysis and excellent communication skills. This position is subcontracted for 6 months and offers a rate of 100 PLN/hour.

Data Analyst – Excel & Reporting Expert Location: Warsaw - 2 Days Onsite Mode: Hybrid Type: Subcontract - 6 Months Rate: 100 PLN/hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with advanced expertise in Excel and reporting to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering accurate portfolio and programme performance analysis, creating dashboards, and supporting project management processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced data analysis and produce insightful reports and dashboards.
• Utilize expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
• Support PMO activities and ensure alignment with Portfolio/Project Management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile).
• Provide guidance on project management tools such as Clarity PPM, MS Project, or similar.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including Change & Transformation Leads and Programme Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement and challenge conventional approaches.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and related tools.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
• Proficiency in English (business level).
