Talanto is seeking a Software Engineer (Data & AI) with potential for Tech Lead growth. The role is fully remote with Poland as the primary location and Poznań relocation considered.

You will architect healthcare and life sciences AI solutions, integrating ML models, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to production standards. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software/ML/AI, a problem-solving mindset, and genuine interest in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software and ML/AI engineering.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions to problems in healthcare and life sciences.
• Build and integrate AI components from classical ML through LLM-based agents.
• Handle data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and surrounding systems for production.
• Integrate solutions into clients' applications and systems.
• Ensure solutions work across the full MLOps lifecycle.
• Share knowledge during regular tech sessions.
