Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd is seeking an ERP development specialist focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics AX. You will design, develop and extend D365 F&O solutions using X++, integrate with external systems, and contribute to international ERP projects across migration, rollout and upgrade activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial ERP development or technical consulting experience.
• At least 3 years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
• Strong practical D365 F&O technical development using X++.
• Experience designing extensions, customisations and integrations.
• Good understanding of D365 F&O architecture and ERP business processes.
• Practical experience with APIs, Data Entities and integration frameworks.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control and deployment processes.
• Experience in ERP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade or enhancements.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Understanding of Microsoft ALM best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customise and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Develop extensions and technical enhancements using X++ and related Microsoft technologies.
• Design and implement integrations between D365 F&O and external systems.
• Support ERP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade and enhancement projects.
• Analyse technical requirements and translate them into scalable designs.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and client stakeholders.
• Support data migration using D365 F&O data management capabilities.
• Conduct technical testing, troubleshooting and performance optimisation.
• Support deployment and release management using Azure DevOps.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in technical and solution design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft development and ALM best practices.
• Contribute expertise to international ERP transformation programmes.
