Job summary

NACBA seeks a Finance Operations Leader to run D365-based accounting operations across EMEA, ensuring accurate processing and robust controls. You will lead a high-performing team, partner with finance leaders, and drive standardisation and automation within a technology-enabled finance function.

This role emphasizes governance, reporting quality, and scalable processes to support strategic decision-making and growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting operations or shared services in multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements, automation, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day D365 Accounting Operations across EMEA with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and manage a team responsible for journals, reconciliations, close, reporting, and statutory support.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards.
