Mission

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures across Forsee Power’s IT environment. You will ensure compliance with international cybersecurity standards and help secure our corporate and industrial infrastructures.

In this role, you will:

• Define, implement, and monitor cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures
• Perform risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing for IT systems
• Lead incident detection, response, and recovery activities
• Manage and optimize security tools (firewalls, EDR, SIEM, etc.)
• Collaborate with IT, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure security by design in all systems and products
• Conduct security awareness training for employees
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST and EU cybersecurity regulations
• Support audits and liaise with external partners and authorities on cybersecurity matters
• Respond to data breaches and malware attacks

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity (industrial or manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Network and system security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection)
  • Cloud security (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Vulnerability management and penetration testing tools
  • Security frameworks
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adjust to various situations, work groups, habits, and company values
• Ability to follow rules and procedures accurately and transmit information correctly
• Experience with industrial cybersecurity (OT/SCADA) is a plus
• Fluent in English, French is an asset
