Job summary

LTM is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead in Krakow, Poland, for a 6+ month contract. The role focuses on cryptographic services, Venafi lifecycle management, and global collaboration to protect data integrity and secure change processes.

You will lead change initiatives, coordinate with vendors, and oversee incident responses. Strong scripting, SSH/SSL knowledge, and reporting skills are essential for driving secure outcomes across global IT teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with Venafi platform or TLSSSH management process is required.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration abilities across IT and business teams.
• Understanding of SSH/SSL functionality and usage.
• Proficient in Python scripting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Global team members as SME for CLM Product and cryptographic services.
• Identify gaps in processes and elevate them accordingly.
• Identify risks of changes and propose mitigation plans.
• Lead change implementation with Vendors and Global Internal teams.
• Enhance data quality and perform continuous data improvements.
• Prepare reports from multiple sources to identify problems or track progress.
• Act as first line of escalation for other team members.
• Assist end users to build solutions for nonstandard queries.
• Respond promptly to urgent production issues requiring cryptographic services support.
• Engage with business functions to explain the SSHTLS remediation process and support progress.
• Implement Change Management control in support of tasks.
• Troubleshoot certificates generation and Venafi TPP connection issues.
• Review solution documentation to provide cryptography security assurance services.
• Provide cryptography consultancy services to internal customers globally.
• Process requests in Service Now within agreed SLA.
• Support team members and collaborate on resolutions.

Role Description

Role: Cybersecurity Lead

Location: Krakow, Poland

Contract: 6 Months+

Description

• Work closely with Global team members as SME for CLM Product and processes held by Cryptographic services
• Identify gaps in processes and elevate them accordingly
• Identify risks of changes and propose mitigation
• Lead the process of change implementation closely working with Vendors support and Global Internal teams
• Work on continuous data enhancement quality
• Prepare reports from multiple sources to identify problems or track progress
• Act as first line of escalation for other team members
• Work with end users to help build solutions for nonstandard queries
• Respond in timely manner on urgent production issues that require Cryptographic services assistance
• Engage with business functions to help them understand the SSHTLS key remediation process and support progress
• Implement Change Management control in support of tasks
• Troubleshoot certificates generation problems and connection issues between Venafi TPP and target servers
• Review solution documentation to provide cryptography security assurance services
• Provide cryptography consultancy services to internal customers globally
• Process requests in Service Now within agreed SLA
• Support team members
