Job summary

Frontex is seeking a CyberSecurity L&M Service Specialist in Warsaw with 80% remote work and 20% on-site at Frontex Headquarters. The role focuses on Logging and Monitoring, Splunk and Cribl solutions, SecOps, and Threat Modelling, supporting enterprise security operations.

The assignment duration is 48 months with a high security clearance requirement. Required are strong IT security experience (10+ years), English proficiency (B2), and multiple security certifications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDLC with Secure SDLC practices.
• Experience with Windows/Linux security event log analysis.
• Experience with network security architecture and telemetry logs.
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK and MITRE D3FEND mapping to defensive measures.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure security controls across enterprise security ecosystem.
• Develop and test secure scripts to automate security workflows.
• Design tailored security monitoring capabilities and technical blueprints.
• Create correlation searches using Splunk ES and MITRE frameworks.
• Draft security procedures and policies for data protection.
